 Permanent   Halloween
​ (2021)

It's December 22nd - but two nihilistic partners are still celebrating Halloween every night at a depraved carnival in the woods. Over the course of the Hellish night they will begin to question their lifestyle. Shot on 16mm film.

This film was completed during the first half of 2021, with all pre-production (except for socially distanced location recces) taking place over Zoom. It was partly funded by the Northern Film School, with the rest of the budget being raised through a crowdfunding campaign.

Baptism   (2019)

Two old friends meet up after a few years apart at university - but there is an odd tension between them. They play an unusual game.

Filmed in Vertical Video, Baptism is an exploration of how people change and what conflicts they can come into as their ideaologies shift.

TALES  FROM   THE   DARK  (2019)

A film co-directed with Dorothy McCormack and Matthew Newton, Tales From the Dark uses animation to recount the nightmares of three subjects. 

In the first Alice tells of her dreams of murderous creatures in her school.
In the second, Matthew animates his own experiences with sleep paralysis.
In the final segment Jacob remembers his pig-filled nightmares.

Nominated for Best Horror short at the Screentest National Student Film Festival 2020.
